Please regard this as a testimony of complete satisfaction with Quality Comfort Heating & Cooling. During a blizzard early February 2010 my central heating system failed. So bad it had to be replaced. My drive way was socked in with snow. Impassable for 2 days, but Andrew came to my aid. It took several days to remove the old furnace and install a new one. I had electric space heaters to get by. Thank you Andrew, Peter and Nader. My home is warn and comfortable.

During this past winter, we came home several times to our heat not working. We saw Quality Comfort’s ad in the paper and decided to give them a call as we really did not have anyone that we regularly used for heating and HVAC purposes.

Well, we certainly made the right call!

Andrew from Quality Comfort was just a tremendous help! From a few early morning calls and a few late night ones too, he really worked hard to help us out. It wound up that our old furnace was just going to kick the bucket – and of course it was during a few of the coldest days of the winter. Andrew quickly ordered our replacement – a recommendation from him that was a reliable yet economical unit that made the most sense for our needs. And since we’d be a few days without heat, he loaned us several room heaters that kept us quite comfortable.

The install process was seamless and quick. Andrew was very helpful and always concerned that we were pleased. We’ve been happy with the furnace – it’s definitely a more efficient unit too.
